HOW TO USE
Cloud Mascara Black: Gently wiggle the wand from base of lashes to tips, layering to build extreme volume and limitless length. Allow a few seconds of drying time between coats to build the most extreme lash drama. Layer as desired for a more dramatic lash look. Eyelash Growth Serum: remove your makeup and apply to clean skin. Apply it above your lash line as an eyeliner and allow it to dry for 30 seconds while looking down. Start from the outer corner of the eye and move towards your inner corner. Repeat daily, preferably in the evening.
