Appointment Protocol
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to provide enough time to complete your client intake form so your appointment can start on time. In consideration of other clients, your service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you cannot join us for your scheduled facial. Otherwise, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card on file. This will allow us to accommodate our clients who would like to book an appointment or for those on our waitlist. We do not provide refunds for late canceled, late rescheduled, or no-show appointments. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us at 216-264-6925 or manage your reservation from your confirmation email. Cancellations via text or social media will not be accepted go forward. We understand that emergencies can happen, and while we certainly take those situations into consideration, we ask for your respect and support of our policy.
Treatment Policy
Please note that we cannot proceed with the scheduled service if you have active cold sores, sunburn, acne grades 3 + 4, have received Botox in the last 5 days or have received dermal fillers in the past 2 weeks. We also cannot proceed with your appointment if you are currently positive for COVID-19.
Payment + Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, major credit cards and SLFMKR Skin Care Services gift cards. SLFMKR Skin Care Services gift cards are not redeemable for retail purchases.
Gratuity is not currently built into the price of the service and is at the discretion of each guest. Gratuity can be added onto your service total via credit card, cash or Venmo and is greatly appreciated.
