Our blend of 6 strains of Lactobacillus in Lady Bugs contains probiotics for vaginal health, studied for their ability to support healthy vaginal flora. This unique blend of strains of probiotics provides happy bacteria that can increase the presence of Lactobacilli, a bacterium that typically dominates a healthy vaginal microbiome. Another common vaginal health-promoting strain we included is Lactobacillus crispatus. When present in healthy levels, this probiotic strain is known to recycle and heal epithelial cells, specifically in the urinary tract.
