Enjoy a mini stress-relief acupuncture treatment from Dr. Melissa Manilla. By promoting and restoring the balance of energy in internal organs and the musculoskeletal system, acupuncture can benefit the following ailments we often experience as both adults and parents (but not limited to), anxiety, depression, fatigue, migraines, and overall stress reduction.

Acupuncture is a practice of inserting needles into various points throughout the body. It is a practice based in China that began over 2,000 years ago. It has been known to prevent, diagnose and treat disease, as well as promote overall well-being. The points used are located on channels known as meridians, and these meridians govern the flow of energy (known as qi) throughout the body. During an intake, the acupuncturist will find imbalances in your system through questionnaires as well as tongue and pulse diagnosis. Specific points are chosen based on the imbalances found, also known as balancing yin and yang.

Sessions are limited and last approximately 15-20 minutes.
